How do i use the melts?

Simply snap off or place the whole melt directly into the dish of an electric/tea light burner and enjoy the delightful aromas! It is not advised to mix scents due to their chemical properties, instead you may opt for a double burner.

What are your wax melts made of?

Your wax melts are made with luxury eco-friendly soy wax, highly scented and refined fragrance/essential oils, mineral based mica powder, and biodegradabled glitter.

We do everything in our power to source our supplies locally to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to our local economy! All of our products allign with our company's ethos: vegan, high quality, and eco-friendly!

How long do your melts burn for?

This will depend on the amount of wax you burn at a time and the temperature of your burner itself. However, we test each new fragrance we introduce to ensure that the scent throw and burn time are consistent and delightful!

How do i remove the wax from my burner?

There are countless ways to do this! We recommend allowing your wax to melt slightly (10 to 20 seconds) before pushing on the edge, your wax should then pop and slide out of the burner dish. Wipe off any excess with a paper towel and your burner is all ready for a new scent.

How much is postage?

Postage is calculated at checkout and starts from only 90p! Postage costs are banded by total order price, up to the value of £5.00. Orders over the value of £35 are eligible for free shipping!

What payment methods do you accept?

We are currently only accepting Paypal payments. However, this is likely to change over the coming weeks as we establish the buisness! Aroma Delights does not have any access to your payment/card information, please do not provide me with your payment details via email.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of undamaged and unopened items; however, the cost of postage is fronted by the customer. Please contact us via email to arrange a return and discuss any issues you may have with your order.

If your order arrived damaged, we will require photo evidence so that we can claim on our postage insurance through Royal Mail, please email us this evidence with your refund request!
